I come from an extremely sporty background competing nationally in Athletics at Decathlon specialising in 110m Hurdles, unfortunately due to an injury before I really got to compete at a high level I had to give up my aspiration to become a world class athlete, so I turned to the next best thing, training and helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals weather it was to run a marathon or just to lose a few lbs in weight.

I believe variation is key to an enjoyable and effective exercise programme.With a Sport and Fitness back ground of over 15 Years, 8 Years experience in Personal Training, with my knowledge and motivation, combined with your determination, you WILL achieve your fitness goals!
